GLOBAL ENERGY CRISIS
NEW, ALTERNATIVE ENERGY
The European Union has prioritized managing the continent's ongoing energy crisis causing enormous economic problems. Based on the current economic environment of the energy industry, it is vital to find alternative and efficient solutions suitable for energy production in order to reduce the EU's energy dependence on oil and gas. This task requires the implementation of readily available alternative energy production technologies so that the member states reduce their energy dependence as soon as possible.
It is also a European Union objective to increase the recycling of plastic waste. According to the relevant plans and provisions, must be achieved in the recycling of plastics by 2030.
Energy Crisis
The Covid-19 pandemic significantly stifled the transformation from traditional fossil fuels to alternative, eco-friendly energy sources. As the global economy is recovering from the Covid - triggered slowdown, an unprecedented energy crisis is in the making.
"European natural gas futures hit yet another record on Tuesday, after the cost of Brent crude climbed above $80 per barrel for the first time in three years. Oil prices could surpass $100 for the first time since 2014 this winter, undermining the global economy, according to Bank of America." (Source 2)

"As a result, even the strongest economies in Europe are grappling with never-before-seen wholesale energy prices: €130/MWh in Germany, €150/MWh in Italy, €216/MWh in Spain and £200/MWh in the U.K. Governments are trying to mitigate the challenge by re-employing fossil fuels." (Source 2)
In the forefront of battling climate change, TTL USA INC. offers the perfect solution to alleviate the energy crisis while making a positive impact on our society and the environment. An innovative powerhouse, TTL USA INC. introduces the Plastic Processing Power Plant, a three-for-one solution for eradicating plastic waste, producing eco-conscious energy and manufacturing low-carbon-footprint plastics.
Our patented, zero-emission technology
Converts mixed industrial and household
plastic waste (polyethylene, polypropylene,
polycarbonate, polystyrene, polyamide, ABS and PVC max. 2%) into three types
of feedstock: 70% oil, 22% gas and 8% solid carbon. Our business model proposes three
different paths to utilize the
feedstock: 1) establishment of a circular
plastic economy, 2) generation
of electricity, 3) production of eco-conscious fuel.
Establishment of a circular plastic economy
The feedstock can also be processed into new plastics creating a
low-carbon-footprint circular
plastic economy. In other words, the plastic waste that is generated during the manufacturing, consuming and discarding of plastic
products can be converted into feedstock to be used in the production of new plastic
goods. We are able to manufacture 21,000 tons of polyethylene and polypropylene from
56,000 tons of plastic waste.
Generation of electricity
Our scalable-design Plastic Processing Power Plant
produces eco-conscious energy from mixed plastic waste. Depending on pre-determined capacity, the power plant processes up to 56,000 tons of plastic waste and
yields up to 150,000 MWh electricity energy and heat energy 800,000 GJ per year.
Production of eco-conscious fuel
Verified by the Institute for Chemicals and Fuels from Alternative Resources at the University of Western
Ontario in Canada, the low-sulfur diesel oil our technology
produces is a high-quality,
low-cost, eco-conscious fuel ready to be used without the need for further refining.
